
Miatta Edi-Osagie serves as a dedicated Board Member of The Sena Foundation, bringing 15 years of experience in public health care administration. Over the course of her career, she has built a reputation for operational excellence, strategic leadership, and a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for vulnerable populations. She brings this expertise to help advance the Foundation’s mission. She currently works as an administrator at Athena Healthcare Systems, where she oversees facility operations, compliance, quality improvement initiatives, staff development, and patient-centered care planning.
Miatta is known for her passion for building innovative, sustainable support systems that honor dignity and equity, working closely with families, community partners, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. In addition to serving on the board, Miatta is actively involved in church as a Deaconess and Minister, and community service to those facing housing and food insecurities, demonstrating a commitment to the Foundation’s values of academic, emotional, and spiritual support. Miatta has Master of Science in Health Administration. When not working or volunteering, Miatta enjoys farming, teaching, and ministering to the indigent.
